Glaciers Peak Casino to Open Soon

Montana will soon witness the opening of Glacier Peaks Casino, the biggest casino to rise in Browning, Montana.

Gary Green of the Blackfeet Nation of Montana and marketing head for the casino said that the casino will offer more than five hundred slot machines, blackjack, craps, mini baccarat, poker room and roulette games.

The gaming complex will also offer horse track with two thousand seats.

Bar and restaurants are also available for gamblers and guests.

The casino is situated at the eastern entrance of Glacier National Park. The grand opening of the casino will be on the Labor Day weekend. In Mid-August, the casino will have a soft opening.

The casino will employ two hundred employees and only ten of them are not tribal members, thus making the Glaciers casino the biggest percentage casino for native employees.

Green will hold the position of general manager of the property.

According to Green, the Glaciers casino will attract over two million tourists that visit the Glacier Annual Park every year and the residents of Calgary Alberta in Canada which is only a day trip away from the casino.

After the grand opening, the work on the new hotel and event complex will start immediately to accept accommodations from the Glacier National Park visitors and from Canadians.
